INSTRUCTIONS TO EXHIBITORS

  • Fair Entry will open for entries at 12:00pm (noon) on July 1, 2025. You will be required to enter information about your animal(s) as part of your entry. Depending on the animal, you may be required to enter: Date of Birth, Breed, Animal Sex, Animal Name, Scrapie Tag ID (including Premise and Individual ID), Official Registration Number or Tattoo, Microchip Number, etc. Prepare in advance and have this information ready!
  • DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY TO START YOUR ENTRIES!! Entries will close at 11:59 pm on August 1, 2025. No late entries will be accepted!
  • This is NOT THE PAGE TO ENTER OPEN CLASS ENTRIES.

4-H & FFA Members MUST Click the “As an Exhibitor” button when asked how you’d like to participate to bring up the pop up for you to enter your email and password in the “Use your 4-H Online account” box. You will enter your log-in credentials used during the April 1 enrollment process and then click the GREEN sign-in button.

Before you hit "Finish" - be sure to complete ALL the Animals for EVERYONE in your family.

Add-on Donations

In addition to the Live Auction, donations of any amount (minimum $25) can be made to our exhibitors online at https://fultoncountyjrfair.fairentry.com any time from 10am EST on Monday, September 1 through 11:59pm EST on Sunday, September 7. Add-on donations are encouraged in advance but can also be made at the auction Sale Trailer.

Returning Buyers, if you would like to make add-on donations online, please contact the Fulton County OSU Extension office at 419-337-9210 to activate your online account.

If you are a NEW buyer, please scroll down to the Blue Section and Click on the "Register as a New Buyer" link.
