Welcome to Fair Entry for the 2025 Martha's Vineyard Agricultural Society Livestock Show and Fair!

Entry registration for all categories open July 1, 2025. Deadlines for registrations have changed and differ depending on what's being entered so please pay attention closely to the list below.

  • ALL Hall Entry registrations are due THURSDAY, August 14th at 7:00pm
  • ALL Barn Entry registrations are due by SUNDAY August 17th at 5:00pm
  • Horse Pull Registrations are due by July 31st.
  • Kiddie Pedal Tractor Pull online registration is due by FRIDAY August 22nd. In person registration can be done the morning of the event between 10:00 - 10:30am.
  • The Dog Show registration is due by FRIDAY August 22nd. No in person registrations are allowed. Dog must have proof of rabies vaccine at check in to attend.
  • The Skillet Toss online registration is due by SATURDAY, August 23rd. In person registration is allowed until 12 noon on Sunday at the Entry Office. No registration at the event.

Drop Off for entry items depends on what's being entered. Please pay close attention to the following information below:

  • Non-perishable entry item drop off will be Saturday, August 16th between 1 PM and 6 PM and Sunday, August 17th between 1 PM and 6 PM.

  • Junior perishable entry item drop off will be Wednesday, August 20th between 10 AM and 5 PM. All Junior perishables will be judged on Wednesday.

  • Adult perishable entry item drop off will be Wednesday, August 20th between 10 AM and 5 PM or between 7 AM and 8:30 AM on Thursday, August 21st.

  • Animals should be brought to the Barn on Wednesday, August 20th between 3 and 7 PM or Thursday, August 21st between 7 and 9 AM. Animals must be inspected by a barn manager and have submitted their health certificate before entering the barn.
